Sierra graduated from RMIT University with a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy), with qualifications in dry needling and myofascial cupping. Throughout her studies, Sierra completed a clinical placement at a multidisciplinary clinic in Canada where she gained additional knowledge and skills in the areas of chronic pain management, athlete screening and concussion.

Sierra has undertaken further training in acute and chronic concussion management, and provides evidence-based concussion care and multimodal baseline testing to ensure a safe return to work, school and sport.

Sierra has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, whether that be to live pain free, return to sport or enhance athletic performance. She enjoys treating people from all walks of life and uses a combination of osteopathic techniques, exercise rehabilitation and patient education to get people back to doing what they love.

When Sierra is not at the clinic, she is at North Melbourne Football Club working as part of their medical team across their AFL and AFLW programs.

In her spare time, you can catch Sierra playing footy for Darebin Falcons or taking a road trip to the Mornington Peninsula.
