Sierra has completed further training in :

• Dry Needling
• Myofascial Cupping

Sierra graduated from RMIT University with a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy), with additional qualifications in dry needling and myofascial cupping.

Sierra was drawn to Osteopathy after her own Osteopath got her back on the netball court after an extensive knee injury. She has since developed a passion for helping other people achieve their goals, whether that be to live life pain free or to enhance athletic performance.

Throughout her studies, Sierra completed a clinical placement at a multidisciplinary clinic in Canada where she gained additional clinical knowledge and skills in the areas of chronic pain management, athlete screening, and post-concussion syndrome.

Sierra enjoys treating people from all walks of life, and uses a combination of osteopathic techniques, exercise rehabilitation and patient education to get people back to what they love doing. She also has a special interest in lower limb injuries.

When Sierra is not at the clinic, she is at North Melbourne Football Club working as part of their medical team across the AFL, AFLW and VFL programs.

In her spare time, you can catch Sierra playing footy for the Darebin Falcons or taking a road trip to the Mornington Peninsula.
