Abbie has always been passionate about understanding the human body and helping others perform at their best. With a history in competitive gymnastics and swimming, her sporting experiences inspired her to pursue a career in the healthcare field, leading her to osteopathy.
Abbie graduated from RMIT University with a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy), equipping her with a strong foundation in both the function of the body and effective treatment techniques.
Abbie is committed to supporting her patients in achieving healthier, more active lifestyles. She focuses on educating and empathising with each individual, tailoring treatments to varied needs and conditions. With a particular interest in combining manual therapy with rehabilitation and strengthening exercises, she strives to empower her patients to recover and reach their full potential.
Her background in gymnastics coaching and group fitness training has further fuelled her passion for helping others achieve their goals, emphasising the importance of communication and collaboration in the healing process.
Outside the clinic, Abbie enjoys running, gym training with friends, and spending time with her family.
