Alex completed his double degree in Health science and Applied science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University. He was drawn to Osteopathy after many sporting injuries kept him from participating in his football and cricket matches.
Alex values a patient-centred approach and ensures the whole person is considered to help alleviate pain and restore function.
Alex grew up attending both primary and secondary school in Ivanhoe, whilst also playing football in the area and is overjoyed to be able to help the local community with their health and wellbeing.
Using a range of osteopathic techniques including hands-on manual therapy, exercise advice, and patient education, Alex supports the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt.
Alex commonly treats people experiencing sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint pain, postural strain and everyday aches from work and activity.
Combining his passion for sport and wellness with Osteopathy, Alex completed numerous years as a sports trainer at Carlton FC in the AFLW program and is a Level I Certified Sports Trainer.
Outside of the clinic you’ll find Alex enjoying a run, in the gym, walking his dog Hector or spending time with family and friends by the beach.
