Ellie’s journey into Osteopathy was driven by her fascination with movement, anatomy, and a desire to help people live a fulfilling life, unhindered by pain.
She is drawn to Osteopathy’s holistic approach, focusing on restoring balance, supporting function, and encouraging the body’s innate capacity to heal and adapt. Ellie’s approach combines both direct, firm techniques with gentler, indirect techniques. Her treatments are tailored depending on what the individual’s body needs on that day.
Ellie has experience treating a wide range of conditions, with a particular interest in neck and back pain, headaches and women’s health. Ellie has experience managing acute sporting injuries having spent many Saturdays along the sideline of a football oval, working as a sports trainer for the Old Xaverians Football Club in the VAFA. With additional training in Clinical Pilates, she has a strong appreciation for the role of movement in recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Ellie enjoys helping people build confidence in their bodies through tailored exercise and movement-based rehabilitation alongside hands-on treatment and education.
Ellie is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.
