Gemma is a caring Osteopath who is passionate about helping her patients return to their sport, get their body moving pain free and achieve their goals – big or small.

Gemma’s decision to complete a double degree of Heath Science and Applied Science in Osteopathy was always clear due to her belief in the holistic approach to treatment.

Gemma played high level soccer from a young age. Through her own injuries Gemma was able to gain a deep understanding of the human body and the importance of rehabilitation. This was put into practice during her time as head trainer for the Preston Bullants AFC and trainer for Carlton FC working with the AFL/VFLW teams.

Gemma’s approach to treatment is holistic: utilising hands-on techniques, assessing the body as a unit, facilitating movement through exercises with a focus on longevity to encompass a healthy lifestyle for her patients.

When Gemma is not in clinic, she is outside chasing a soccer ball, running, swimming, at the gym or enjoying some much loved beach time.
