After successful completion of a bachelor degree in Exercise & Sports Science at the Australian Catholic University, Mitch went on to complete his Osteopathic studies at RMIT. Having grown up in the area Mitch feels at home treating patients in Ivanhoe.
Mitch believes that his passion to work as an Osteopath developed from his desire to help and serve others, his aim is to help each patient achieve their best version of themselves and to educate patients on how to have a better understanding of how their body functions.
Mitch has further training in myofascial dry needling and Active Release Techniques which he aims to incorporate into his practice where it is needed.
Mitch previously worked as one of the head coaches at Australian Strength Performance in Brunswick East. This has allowed him to gain experience and exposure working with a range of different clientele focusing on body composition and rehabilitation.
Mitch has invested a large portion of his time formulating effective rehabilitation programs. He believes in constantly acquiring new skills and education which he can pass on to his patients.
When not at the clinic in his spare time Mitch spends his time searching for fresh food at local markets, watching the pies win and is always looking for an excuse to spend the day at the beach.
