Corey is currently studying his Bachelor of Health Science majoring in biomedical sciences at Swinburne University. He has a high regard for patient centred care which he intends to take with him throughout his career in the health industry. His passion for working in health was galvanised at his time working at the Austin Hospital where he witnessed firsthand the positive impact the health professionals have on the livelihood of their patients and their families.

Throughout his health degree, he has learnt about the broad-spectrum of health and the career opportunities available for him. He aspires to work as a radiation therapist where he can integrate his analytical problem-solving skills and a high regard to patient care in a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver cancer treatments.

Meeting and speaking with the friendly patients walking through the doors are his favourite part of the job and he is very honoured to have the opportunity to learn and observe from practitioners at the clinic. When Corey is not studying or working, he is outdoors most likely running or doing water sports with his friends and family.
